Dijah Abreu Junior was born in a small town at the Northeastern State of Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. His family moved to the State’s Capital, Natal, where he graduated as an Architect. Specialized in 3d modeling and rendering, worked in many markets this area allows and earned several awards through the years. Started to study photography to enhance his digital artwork, falling in love with this form of art and now is pursuing a career as a Fine-Art Photographer. In 2015 he participated in his first two international collective exhibitions: the first in Portugal during the Azores Fringe Festival and the second at the Salon Art Shopping, during October 2015 at Carrousel du Louvre. As an image maker, Dijah is starting to define his own genre within photography. Each element of his landscapes is thought out, worked on, post processed through long hours and sometimes days to enhance certain aspects of the exposure to achieve a signature colour palette that gives the images a painterly feel, and blends the boundaries between photography and fine art. His work is the product of a marriage between technical mastery and human emotion, told through a camera lens and the shifting passage of light through a variety of scenery.
